Return Policy
You may return a product when:
- The product is free of lose hairs and/or skin particles due to fitting. ATTENTION: When returned with hairs and/skin particles the product is not accepted and will not be refunded!
- All tags/labels (if any) are still in place and the product is still in its original packaging.
- The product is not reduced in value due to things like (but not limited to) make-up stains, strong odors as i.e. perfume, sigarette smoke, sweat,damage etc.
- You send along the return email or packing slip or copy of invoice on which you marked or mention the returned products. Otherwise we can not trace from whom we received the package and it will not be accepted for refund.
Please note: Care products like the cosmetics can not be returned.
You can make use of your right to return product(s) (right of withdrawel) when:
- you register your return via our webshop or per email or per phone
- you actually send back the product within 10 days from your return registration (track&trace can help prove you send your return to us)
- Send along with your returned product(s) the return email or packing slip or copy of invoice so we know who send us the package.
- the returned product(s) arrive within 5 days after the 14 days review period is finished (again track&trace can help you to prove you send your return to us in time)
Please note: Shipping cost / transport fees for the return shipment are for your own expense.
Please note: Returns from outside of the European Union: if you return your order from outside of the European Union, the initial shipping costs to your address will not be reimbursed when you return your complete order. So both the shipping costs for the delivery and the shipping costs and customs costs will be for your account when you make a return.
