We do the utmost to deliver first class quality products. In case something is not good, please contact us per e-mail or phone. We'll do everything necessary to solve the problem for you as quickly as possible.
Broken product received
Did you receive a produtct which is broken or broken within the review period of 14 days? Please let us know. If possible we'll send a new product to you immediately.
All our products come with a legally ordered warranty. This means that upon delivery of the product the item should be in good condition and be functional for normally intended use.
What is a good product? You should be able to use our product for a certain period of time without problems. How long an article is good depends on what it is and how it used. Bought something from the Sale? Then too you have the right to receive a good product.
When is a product not good?
A product is not good when it is incomplete, damaged, broken or not functions as it is supposed to do.
Your rights during the warranty period
When a product does not function well anymore during the appropriate warranty period, we will look together to suitable solution. This can be by sending you a new product or (partial)refund. Is the problem with the product in fact your own fault? Then you can not claim any warranty unfortunately.
Did you use the product in normal way but is worn out to soon? Wearing out is not a thing that falls under the warranty as the product has been used and we do not know how it is dealt with like laundry etc.
The invoice of your order is at the same time the warranty certificat of your product(s). We'll ask for a copy of your invoice when you want to claim a product for warranty.
